Top Slots #54-101. An explanation of the calculations follows:
Slot manufacturers offer casinos a slot payout percentage range--lowest to highest--plus an average hit frequency when all lines/reels are activated for that particular version. Note: the participating slot makers have all confirmed the published results with the exception of WMS. The data for WMS was collected from previously published stats, but not confirmed by the company.
The data was sorted using this method of ranking: 1)highest payout % in the range first, then by
2) smallest average hit frequency and finally by 3) lowest range % in the range. I want to make it perfectly clear to all slot players that the actual average payout percentages assigned and programmed for a particular slot is the decision of casino management and not the slot manufacturers. It is up to the casinos to select what percentage they want to run for which denomination and which line configuration. Also, as much as 50% of the total payout percentage can be reserved for bonus round(s) with multi-line slot types.
Therefore, we can conclude with certainty that the highest payout % for a particular slot will not be available at all casinos.
We can also conclude that only in a few cases, will the payout % be lower than the lowest % in the range of that particular slot..
Some of these slot versions listed have the same payout percentage range and average hit frequency, therefore we group them together as each slot in that category has the potential to be a ‘top slot' and should be rated at the same level. Keep in mind that the higher payout %'s are an average over a period of time. No slot will maintain a high payout % all the time. In the end, my goal is to provide a slot players' guide for the top slots. Now, let's get to those results.
